I spent 20 years in corporate America in the banking industry at a large credit card company. I started in the accounting department and then moved to the technology division managing the financials of the largest global IT outsourced contract.

I also co-founded a small automotive business at the same time as starting my corporate career obtaining both my CPA license and an MBA in Entrepreneurship. As the CFO, I helped grow the small business to a one million dollar business and purchased a commercial while providing coaching, mentoring and consulting on nights and weekends.

In 2018 I ended my 20 year corporate career and 20 year marriage as I was significantly depressed, was on the verge of an auto-immune disorder and was completely burned out. I realized that everything in my life was draining my energy and I had nothing that was fulfilling and re-energizing my soul.

I asked for and received a severance package that lasted a year right shortly after my divorce was final. As I spent time healing myself physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually I wanted to focus on who I wanted to become and how I wanted to show-up in the world.

I decided that I wanted to start a purposeful business bringing together my passions which were coaching, mentoring and supporting small business owners hence the name Soul Business Advisor.

As I learned new tools in my healing process I became Heartmath certified in Building Personal Resilience and spent a year on becoming a Positive Intelligence Mentor which shifted my business more into transformational coaching focusing on women who felt stuck in their life or career and wanted to gain insights on how to move forward.

I am also in a formal coaching program with the ICF (International Coaching Federation) to become an Associate Certified Coach. Coaching and Mentoring. Coaching women on life’s challenges who are focused on personal and/or professional growth.

The problem I solve is to help them gain insight about their own behaviors through deep listening and reflection so they can make intentional choices in their life. Women want to be seen, heard and acknowledged.
