Overall, jas24 Mar 26have used your advisory session services before and had satisfactory experiences. However, today’s session was quite disappointing. More than 20 minutes were wasted due to exceptionally slow responses, along with the only reply I received was a one-word “Yes,” which was not relevant to my questions. Additionally, the session was disconnected multiple times due to connectivity issues on the reader’s end. Given this engagement, I would like to request a refund for today’s minutes.
