I have been Intune with spirit all of my life. I always found a lot of comfort and peace during times spent in thought while out in nature. I remember having extremely vivid dreams which I figured out later were actually experiences in other realms. During my 20s after going through a few health challenges in when I realized my purpose as a guide and helper to others.

I am mainly a channel and medium for Spirit which means the things I feel and see I do not chose.
