About me My name is Mitra. Shadow Work is for those who no longer want to be a part of toxic positivity, spiritual bypassing, isolating and resisting negative emotions. It’s painful to witness how vastly wounded and disconnected humans are wherever I travelled.
Yet it is through the utmost willingness to feel these painful/negative emotions that my desire to heal human connections was born. I am a Shadow Worker and Healer serving people from around the world for 8 years now. And I’m not going to lie, it’s painful to look back and learn that I was the scapegoat child.
It’s painful to feel like an outcast when we are supposedly a tribe species. It all began back in 2011 when I started feeling a deep sense of non-belonging in my family, culture, social circles and environment.
And so I trained to become a trauma recovery coach which further enhanced my spiritual ability to confront, hold space for, and integrate the murky realms of our subconscious aka the shadows. It is for the souls who intuitively understand that feeling is healing and diving deep into the dark is the way back into the light.
I am here to powerfully contain you and be an emotionally safe guide as we navigate these shadows together.
