To be sincere, i do not usually leave feedback right away - i like to let things settle. He pegged the character of the people I asked about - and it was qualities one would not just say about anyone. He also told me a few things about myself in a dynamic at vocation that felt accurate....that I am keeping to myself to much as well as need to be more assertive and I had not told him yet that I work mostly alone in a separate building from the majority of my coworkers and am 20 - 30 years older than most of them.
