My name is Joanna and I was born in the Netherlands but I currently live in (the spiritual capital of the world) India.Since I was younger I always have been very sensitive to other people’s emotions. I would love to introduce myself so that you can get a better “glimpse” of who this person on the other side of the screen is.

Coming from an abusive household where I experienced a lot of home violence accelerated me towards being more “inwardly” focused and got me cut off from my sensitivities out of protection.

The moment I started to travel around the world and spend long periods of time there (India, Sri Lanka, Spain, Australia, and Thailand to name a few), I got into different healing modalities (meditation, yoga and movement, energy-healing, mindset work etc.).I learned different ways of reconnecting with my body, my emotions, and my sensitivities.
